The Utility Customer Service Innovation Awards 2010

The Utility Customer Service Innovation Awards is a scheme developed in order to help us identify best practice in innovative customer service. This naturally includes In home utility services as well as CRM, Billing and other service issues.

The first award was won by Telrock for its novel interactive customer communication services. More information on the first award can be found in the Global Energy Think-Tank Newsletter. The 2010 awards will be revealed in May 2010 and published in our September 2010 edition of The Newsletter.
