Don Anderson has more than 25 years broad commercial experience spanning the Energy Utility, Pharmaceutical and Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries.
The last 14 years has been spent in the Australian Energy Utility sector, where he has held senior positions firstly with AGL (one of Australia’s largest Energy Retailers) and then EnergyAustralia (one of Australia’s largest Electricity Distributors) spanning the areas of Marketing, Sales and Operations. He originally joined AGL back in 1995 as Head of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing preparations to participate in the (then) forthcoming deregulated Retail Energy market. Since that time he has gained extensive experience in the Australian Energy market, not only through the positions he has held with two of Australia’s major energy companies but also through holding several positions on high level Industry bodies.
