This long-term ongoing project continuously draws on our public, client and multi-client projects in these fields, as well as the  unprecedented knowledge of the VaasaETT Global Energy Think-Tank Demand Response Round-Table.

Respond 2010Respond 2010 is The world’s leading ongoing global study into Smart Metering-based Demand Response and related In-Home Services, with subscribers already including for instance: EDF, Duke Energy, British Gas, BC Hydro, RWE Npower and SEAS-NVE.  More

Global Demand ResponDR Roundtable Logose Roundtable is a global knowledge network of more than 70 leading utilities, researchers and technology providers, from the USA, Australia, Europe, Japan and elsewhere, all of whom are actively working with Demand Response development in their own markets. They have agreed to share their results and findings with the other members of the group in order to benefit from this global pool of knowledge. Members of the Demand Response Roundtable include: RWE Npower, EDF, British Gas, Bordgais, Union Fenosa, Duke Energy, Landis & Gyr, Fortum, BC Hydro and 60 other leading organizations and growing. Exchange 2010Exchange is a world leading demand response event, bringing together leading practitioners and other experts from around the world to share their knowledge and engage in a truly interactive forum. It is the annual meeting of the Global Demand Response Round-Table, an event that  focuses on demand response in its broadest sense, as well as both commercial and residential applications. Following on from the highly acclaimed Exchange 2009, and Exchange 2010 this is the perfect venue for all those with a stake in this quickly developing market, to gain from the collected international experience of the experts within the group. The interactive and discussion oriented nature of the event provide an excellent opportunity to raise your own practical questions and to network. Exchange 2011 will take place in February 2011. CS Innovation Awards

The Utility Customer Service Innovation Awards is a scheme developed in order to help us identify best practice in innovative customer service. This naturally includes In home utility services as well as CRM, Billing and other service issues. The first award was won by Telrock for its novel interactive customer communication services.
